Dark Blue Cave Academy is a lightweight training and editorial platform. Use it lawfully, do not attempt to break access controls, and do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or remove access for abuse, fraud, scraping that harms the service, impersonation, or any activity that puts learners, mentors, or platform operations at risk.

Some areas of the site require an account. You are responsible for using accurate account details and protecting your login method.

Applications, admissions, enrollments, and mentor approvals remain subject to manual academy review. A published course or open application flow does not guarantee acceptance.

Training content, tutorials, podcast episodes, and company portfolio work are published for educational and editorial purposes. Availability, structure, and dates can change.

Job opportunities and third-party application links may redirect to external sources. Those listings are informational unless the academy clearly states otherwise.

The platform design, academy editorial content, and academy-owned media remain the property of Dark Blue Cave Academy or the relevant rights holder.

User-submitted portfolio items, applications, and profile content remain attributable to the submitting user, but you grant the academy the right to display and manage that content within the service where needed.

The platform is intentionally simple and will evolve. When features change in a way that affects cookies, personal data handling, payment providers, or user obligations, the legal pages and consent rules should be updated at the same time.
